E-government and E-services in Local Government: a Case Study

E-government requires the intensive use of ICTs (information and communication technologies) in public institutions to deliver services citizens efficiently effectively. allows transformation citizen service delivery system, its implementation is conditioned by a set critical factors. The city halls are directly connected with e-services, but importance this level government sometimes underestimated. This study aims explore influence factors on e-services halls. authors used model assess e-government development index 10 know provision results reveal that currently offer at levels presence urban information. It important efforts must be oriented interaction, transaction e-democracy.
